For breakfast I made an egg scramble that was very yummy.

5 eggs, beaten
sautee 2 tblsp butter or margarine
3 strips cooked, crumbled bacon
1/2 cup baby spinach
Add eggs when spinach is tender.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste.

We didn't eat lunch.
Dinner, for Quinn, was a low carb protein shake after working out (5 carbs) and was almonds and cheese for me (4 carbs)
We each had an ice cream this afternoon, and Quinn another after church tonight.
I made poppers about 9o'clock. I stuffed halves of whole jalapeno peppers with a mixture of cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon and cayenne. You're supposed to roll them in bread crumbs so that all the cheese doesn't melt out, but instead I stuck them under the broiler for 5 minutes before baking them. That crisped the top layer and they held together really well.
The poppers are essentially free, with the peppers themselves being less than half a carb each, and the cheeses and bacon being free, so we ended the night really well.
My total for today was 8 carbs and Quinns was 15. Nice.
