Today was good. We both had our almonds, but neither of us ate a power bar, so we had only 4 carbs there.
For lunch I made egg salad and put it on a wrap. I split it in half and we each had half of that and leftover Green Chicken Soup for the meal. Oh, and a "Sweet freedom" ice cream bar. (4 net carbs) So lunch was 9 carbs each. With our almonds that means we were both at 13 carbs.
For dinner we were on the go, so I grabbed some green lead lettuce, colby jack slices and roasted turkey to make lettuce rolls. We had about 4 carbs worth each, so each at 17.
For late dinner I made an odd dish... it would have been shrimp, chicken and veggie skewers, but I don't have skewers, so... it was a jumbled up something that was really really yummy.

Jumbled Up Something
1 large chicken breast, broiled and chopped
1 cup raw shrimp, thawed
Stir fry-
1/4 onion, chopped
1 small zucchini, chopped
1 cup broccoli florets
2 tablespoons butter
1 tsp red pepper flakes.
When browned, dump into serving dish. In same pan, cook chicken and shrimp together in 1 tablespoon of butter until done. Pour on top of veggies.
Salt and pepper.
